This machine is unfortunately not precise. I am going to send back my own PBD 40 machine to the seller, because the laser point is about 1,5 mm off the pin of the drill bit in both x and y direction. I have trieed this with multiple drilling bits. Besides this error is varying depending on the distance of the table. The drilling hole is not right angle to its table: I drilled through a 40 mm wooden bar and the exit hole is not in the same position as the entrance hole. So I can drill a better hole with a hand drill machine... This is my second Bosch machine that is absolutely useless and unprecise.

This is actually ridiculous that Universal Pump, which suppose to be more advanced than Easy Pump, has a primitive analogue pressure gage and no presets, basically only ON/OFF switch. It is a total No-Go for me, even though I really like BOSCH, but this pump is from 1990s, not from 2020s

There are several problems with the height adjuster (videos on UA-cam), which is made of plastic and cannot be reordered from Bosch (Germany). In a time when sustainability is important, it would be great if you still had such parts in stock. My mower works perfectly and there is no point in throwing away the whole mower because of a broken plastic part.

Hello, I have just installed a new Bosch Indigo s+ 500 and everything set up 100%, it maps the boundary perfectly but when in use fails to locate the docking station? It is installed in a corner and the setting is correctly off default and on corner. When returning to the docking station it follows the boundary wire correctly until the last bend before the docking station and does not turn left but carries straight on? Any advise would be appreciated.

I bought mine and it came with a tiny black cord on the back instead of the long orange one? Why is this? The cord is so short it’s unusable

Dieses Video entspricht leider überhaupt nicht der Realität. Habe das Gerät heute getestet. Microfilter nützt gar nix, da der Abrieb überall hin, nur nicht im Staubbehälter landet. Für den Grobschliff eines ähnlich dimensionierten Werstück waren zwei komplette Akkuladungen erforderlich. Recht nervig.

Bought a new Universal Rotak 3+1/2 years for £369 but we did not use it until last Summer (2023) as my wife preferred to use up the life left in the old mower. The height adjustment may be 'intuitive' but it is also junk. The height adjustment button has split at the bottom. Cheap plastic and not fit for purpose. Can pay up to £30 for a new piece. Have opened up the machine but I am not sure if I will be able to get the new one in as the space is tight. We a have a number Bosch cordless items but we shall be looking elsewhere in the future.

Very poor instruction book without assembly instructions. The video also doesn't give assembly instrucions. Book picture C shows item 18 but I don't have it.

I found it a waste of money, mine always get stuck on places where other never gets stuck, sometimes it digs holes and gets more stuck. It never cut the edges en forgets the aria of the charging station. The 2 little front wheel are also very bad and slips off edge stone. It also has a very annoying bug with the security lock, if you set password asking off it will ignore the setting and ask for password every time it has a little problem. Also the app was not working on the box the speak about controlling the mower with an app but eventually my version didn't have any app or wifi connection this for a mower of +-€850 is very disappointing.
